ABOUT ME

I qualified as a doctor 9 years ago having completed my medical school training at Imperial College London in 2009. I completed my General Practice speciality training with the East of England Deanery in 2014.

For the past few years I have been based as a GP in St Albans but have also worked at various practices across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. I have always had a keen interest in nutrition and wellbeing. In 2016/17 I completed a nutrition diploma and also qualified as a metabolic rate specialist. After understanding nutrition in further depth,  I decided to further train in intravenous micronutrient supplementation (IMS) enabling me to administer nutrient/vitamins ‘drips’ to enhance individual’s health and wellness.

I feel with my unique combination skill set in medicine, nutrition and understanding intravenous vitamin therapy I can provide a holistic and scientific approach to help achieve individuals health goals.
